- Adjustable Slush Mode – Allows you to set the slush consistency of the granita drink.
- Cool Beverage Mode – In addition to selling granita products, this mode gives you the ability to sell refreshing cold beverages such as fruit punch, iced cappuccino, lemonade & more. Thermostatically adjustable for proper temperature.
- Dual Surface Freezing Chamber – Freezes product on the outside & inside of the cylinder as dual augers keep the product surface level & free of ice blocks.
